INGREDIENTS
For Boling Pasta
Water-:1 ltr
Pasta-: 1 cup
Oil-:1tbsp
Salt-:1tsp

For White sauce
Butter-:1tbsp
Refined Flour-:1tbsp
Milk-:2cups
Salt-: To Taste
Oregano/Chilli Flakes -: as per your choice
Black pepper powder -: Pinch
Broccoli -: Flowers
Carrots-: Diced
Sweetcorn

Method
1.In a pan put 1ltr of water and put 1tbsp of oil and 1tsp of salt in it .
2.After one boil put 1cup of pasta in it .(Do Not Cover the pan).
3.Strain the pasta . And wash it with cold water to stop over cooking.
4.After that take a pan and stir fry the vegetables , make sure that vegetable should be crunchy.
5.After that in a pan melt the butter and put same quantity of refined flour in it o make ROUX .(Quantity=1:1)
6.Add 1cup of milk in it , and let it be thicken .
7.After the milk gets thick add 1cup of milk again .
8. Maintain the consistency according to your choice .
9.Add salt , Chilli Flakes ,Oregano .
10.Add the vegetables and pasta to the sauce and mix well.
11.Add some cheese it you want to .
12.Serve hot and enjoy the Italian White Sauce Pasta
