Pizza Pasta Casserole :
Ingredients for sauce
Tomatoes 4
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Green chilies 2
Carrot grated ยฝ
Garlic paste ยฝ tsp
Tomato paste 4 tbsp
Salt ยฝ tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
Ingredients for filling
Beef Mince ยฝ kg
Oil ยผ cup
Chopped onion 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Boiled pasta 3 cups
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Tomatoes 3 blended
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 chopped
Cheddar cheese ยพ cup grated
Mozzarella cheese ยพ cup grated
Capsicum 1 chopped
Sweet corn ยฝ cup
Onion chopped ยฝ cup
Mushrooms sliced 6
Method
Heat oil, fry onion transparent, add Beef Mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, crushed pepper, blended tomatoes and mix, cook till done, add tomato paste, green chilies, coriander, sugar, all the veggies and the sauce, fold in pasta, spread in a dish, cover with both the cheese, bake for 15 mins on 190 d, serve hot with garlic bread.
Method for sauce
Blend tomatoes, capsicum, green chilies, onion, and grated carrot until smooth. Heat oil, add garlic paste with tomato paste and blended mixture with salt, sugar, tandoori masala, oregano, cook till thick, remove and keep aside.
Sweet dumplings:
Ingredients
Flour 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Egg 1
Baking powder 1 tsp leveled
Cardamom powder ยฝ tsp
Yellow color pinch
Ingredients for syrup
Sugar 1 ยฝ cup
Water 2 cups
Saffron ยผ tsp
White cardamom crushed 2
Method
Make syrup with sugar and water, add whole green cardamom crushed and saffron, beat flour, yogurt and egg well, keep for 1 hour, the consistency should be dropping, if thick add little flour. Lastly add baking powder just before frying. Heat oil, deep fry badas light golden brown, keep adding to the prepared syrup. Serve warm or cold.
Italian rice balls:
Ingredients
Tikka boti/seekh kabab 1packet
Boiled rice 2 cups
Grated parmesan cheese 4 tbsp
Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
Italian seasonings 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper ยฝ tsp
Mozzarella cheese cubes 10
Eggs beaten with milk 2
Bread crumbs 1 ยฝ cup
Oil as required
Method
Mix rice, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese and all the seasonings, make big balls with mozzarella cubes to stuff, make rice balls, stuff with mozzarella cubes, dip in egg, roll in crumbs twice, deep fry.
