Ingredients:
– Ground beef – 1 pound (0.5 kg)
– Ground pork – 1 pound (0.5 kg)
– Garlic – 2 cloves
– Salt – 2 tsp
– Black pepper (ground) – 1 tsp
– Breadcrumbs – 1 cup
– Grated Parmesan – 1/4 cup
– Egg – 2
– Milk – half a cup
– Chopped greens (oregano) – half a glass

For the sauce:
– Garlic – 1 clove
– Onion – 1 onion
– Basil – 10 leaves
– diced tomatoes – 2 can (4 oz. / 400 gr)

Directions:
1. Mix two types of Ground meat
2. Add Breadcrumbs and milk to the meat
3. Add parmesan, garlic, herbs
4. Beat two eggs and add to the meat
5. Knead the minced meat well
6. Form into balls – put a piece of mozzarella inside each
7. While we are preparing the sauce – we send the formed meatballs to the refrigerator
8. For the sauce in a frying pan, fry the garlic and onion until golden brown
9. Add tomatoes and basil
10. Saute on medium heat for 5-7 minutes
11. Put 2/3 of the finished sauce in a baking dish on the bottom
12. Putting the meatball in the form
13. Top with the remaining sauce
14. We bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 400°F/200°С
