Ingredients :
Spaghetti- 250gms
Chicken -300gms
Garlic – 4cloves
Onion chopped-1 medium
Cabbage-1cup
Capsicum (red, yellow ,green ,orange)-1
Tomato sliced-1 medium
*you can use vegetable of your choice like carrots and broccoli*
Vinegar- 1Tbsp
Soya sauce- 1Tbsp
Salt -1tsp
Black pepper-2tsp
Chilli flakes- 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder-2tsp
Oregano-1/2tsp
Ketchup-1Tbsp
Chili garlic paste-1Tbsp
Spaghetti sauce -1/2 cup (a purée of 2 tomatoes can be altered)
Oil -3Tbsp
Method:
1.Firstly boil spaghetti ,drain and keep aside.
2.Marinate the chicken with salt ,pepper ,vinegar and soya sauce.
3.Fry all the ingredients (vegetables and chicken)with seasoning and sauces and add spaghetti into the mixture .
4.Serve hot and enjoy.
