So here is the recipe for creamiest dessert you may ever have 🤗 Homemade vanilla gelato made by hand, no ice cream maker (no churn)

4 large egg yolks (room temperature)
2 cups (474ml) whole milk
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 cup (225ml) heavy/whipping cream
¾ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
