A kids’ favourite!
Recipe:
Olive Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp
Shallots – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Sausage meat – 300 g
Cook for 7-10 mnts
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Fennel powder – 2 tsp
Saute for a minute
Marinara Sauce (Sweet basil) – 750g
Cook for 3 – 5 mnts
Salt as needed
Meat Balls – 400g
Oregano
Cook for 3 – 4 mnts
To make pasta:
Add olive oil and salt to boiling water followed by spaghetti and cook for
10 mnts.
Sprinkle with parmasan cheese and parsely
