This superbly tasty cake can be made easily and is a very impressive dessert. Im using strawberries and raisins for this recipe with some apricot jam and this combination works really well.
This recipe is for a 24cm cake enough for 4-6 people.

Eggs 3
Sugar 150g
Flour 500g
Vegetable oil 120ml
Strawberries 150g
Raisins (soaked in water) 100g
Brown sugar 3tbsp
Apricot Jam 30g
Bake at 170c for 35min.

Aceite vegetal 120ml
Fresas 150g
Pasas (empapadas en agua) 100g
Azúcar moreno 3 cucharadas
Mermelada De Albaricoque 30g
hornear durante 35 minutos a 170c
