This red sauce is so versatile it can be used for any meal that needs a red sauce. Add some meat for a Bolognese or just use the sauce alone over some thick spaghetti. I’ll be using it specifically in an appetizer.
Recipe:
2 Cans (28oz each) peeled whole tomatoes
1 Spanish Onion
3 Tbsp. fresh Thyme
4 cloves garlic
1 Carrot
