Spaghetti Bolognese
This spaghetti bolognese meal will be one of the most delicious recipes you have tasted to date. It has been tried and tested with family and friends numerous times and the dish has never failed to perform way beyond satisfactory results. A highly recommended, hearty dish to try at home.
Ingredients:
500 g mince beef
6 tomatoes
Garlic to taste
2 medium size onions
Tsp dry thyme
Tsp soy sauce
6 spring onions
1/2 scotch bonnet
400 g mushrooms
2 carrots
500 g Dolmio original bolognese pasta sauce
Tsp black pepper
Tsp all purpose seasoning
Salt to taste
Tsp seasoning salt
Tsp curry powder
2 pack dry spaghetti seasoning mix
50 ml olive oil
Method:
Heat olive oil in large pan
Cook all the seasoning on high flame for 5 minutes
Add mince and cook until brown, on high flame for 5/6 minutes
Add mushrooms and carrots, cook for 2/3 minutes on high flame
Add Dolmio sauce and cook for 4/5 minutes
Boil spaghetti for 10-12 minutes
Mix spaghetti mix in 500 ml of cold water
Add and cook for further 10 minutes on medium to
low heat.
