We are sure you must have eaten parathas in different ways and style but not like this. This is a simple and easy way to make fusion of Italian and Indian by using only 5 ingredients you can make this lovely Italian Paratha or Cheese Paratha. It’s full of cheese and taste so delicious. This recipe is suitable for people of all age but it’s simply best for kids. We have shown how to do it step by step so just follow these simple instructions and make this heavenly as well as delicious 5 ingredients Italian Paratha.

Ingredients
Grated Cheese – 1.5 cups
Garlic – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Chili Flakes – 2 tbsp
Pasta Mix – 2 tbsp
For the Dough
Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tsp
Water as required
For Cheese sauce
Grated Cheese – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese – 2 tbsp
Procedure for cheese sauce –
1. To a heated pot add butter, milk, cream cheese and let cook until the cream cheese melts
2. To this add the grated cheese.
3. Bring this to a boil until the grated cheese melts.
4. Than, turn off the flame and let the this cool down to a cheese thick dip.
