INGRIDIENTS —

1- Eggs – 2
2- Sugar – 3/4 cup
3- Fresh Cream(Malai) – 1 cup
4- Flour(maida) – 2 cup
5- Baking powder – 1 tbsp
6- Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
7- Chocolate powder – 3 tbsp
8- Salt – 1/4 tsp
9- Vinegar – 1/2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS —

1- Take eggs , Sugar , Fresh Malai in a whipping jar and whip for 40 secs (5 to 6 times)
2- Take out the mixture in a bowl
3- Take flour(maida) , Baking powder , baking soda , Chocolate powder & Salt
4- Now , Snift all ingredients
5- Preheat the Cooker with Salt 1 cup
6- Place the rack inside the cooker
7- Grease the cake mould
8- Add the sifted flour in egg mixture gradually
9- Mix gently
10- Add vinegar and Now pour the batter into the mould
11- Bake for 45 mins on low flame
Remember – to remove the lid of the cooker
