Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
600g lean ground beef.
2 eggs.
1 cup bread crumbs.
day old bread. (1/4 baguette)
2 teaspoon salt & pepper.
1 teaspoon of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder & cayenne pepper.
1 tablespoon minced mint. (fresh or dried)
2 minced cloves of garlic.
For the sauce:
Tomato puree.
1 diced carrot.
1 diced onion.
2 cloves of garlic.
Salt & pepper.
Half a veggie cube.
Chilly pepper flakes. (optional)
