Welcome back to our cooking tutorial, this week we are making a thin crust pizza.
I must apologise for my terrible singing and appalling Italian accent, I hope my Italian friends will forgive me xx I do love you honestly.
Ingredients
For the base
500g strong white flour
7g yeast
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
330 ml warm water
Good glug of olive oil plus extra for Kneading the dough
For the tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp paprika
Glug of olive oil
1 tin chopped tomato
500g Passata
2 tsp tomato paste
½ tsp basil
½ tsp parsley
½ thyme
For the topping, you can add any topping that you prefer, for this demonstration we are using.

8 slices of pepperoni
10 pitted black olives
Sliced mushrooms
Grated Mozzarella cheese
Pizza 2
Chicken (a breast cubed, lightly fried in chicken seasoning)
Sliced red onion
Mushrooms
Mozzarella pearls
Grated Mozzarella cheese
