Have you ever wanted to make and decorate a cake? For yourself, a friend, partner or child? Well, now you can! I wanted to make my own wedding cake so I was on a mission to teach myself! I got there eventually and made my own wedding cake and was so proud of it so here I am, sharing the tips I learnt along the way with you guys too. My favourite icing is the Italian Meringue Buttercream and it can seem daunting at first but trust me, it’s SO worth it. It’s so smooth and delicious and can take a coles mudcake to a 10/10 in no time!
