Ingredients
1 kg Lemons / Nimbu
500 gms Sugar / Chini
1/4 cup Ginger / Adrak sliced
50 gms Black Salt / Kala Namak
50 gm Rock salt / Sendha namak
2 tsp Red Chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
7 Black Myroblan / Harad / Haritiki
7 Bengal Pepper / Long Pepper / Lendi Peepli
5 Black Cardamom / Badi Elaichi
1 tsp Ginger Powder / Saunth
1 tsp Peppercorns / Sabut Kali Mirch
1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds / Sabut Jeera
10 Cloves / Lavang
1 tsp Carom Seeds / Ajwain
