This is, toghether with carbonara, definitely the most famous meal of italian capital, even if the real origin of this fantastic pasta, isn’t in Rome, but in a small village in the center of Italy called Amatrice.
There, they recomend spaghetti for this pasta, in Rome they often use bucatini, but you can also find short kinds of pasta, like the maccaroni we are going to use today!
