Italian Crostata (Italian Jam Tart Recipe)

Recipe:
300 g of flour
120 g of sugar
120 g butter
2 eggs
8 g baking powder
Lemon peel
1 pinch of salt
200 g jam (Peach)
let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 min at 180 degrees
