Hello everyone, today’s recipe is a classic Italian dish but made with twist!
The ingredients you are going to need are:
-100 mls of milk
-80 g of Red Leicester
-80 g of Mature Cheddar
-25 g of Parmesan Cheese or Grana Padano
-400 g of gnocchi
Chop the Red Leicester and the Mature Cheddar, then gate the Parmesan. Put your pot on the stove on a medium heat and add all of your cheese, cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes, mixing during this time. When the cheese is melted add all of your gnocchi. Keep stirring untile they are cooked, it will take more or less 2 minutes.
These ingredients are enough for 2 servings!
