Lasagne are a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest types of pasta. Lasagne, or the singular lasagna, is also an Italian dish made of stacked layers of this flat pasta alternating with fillings such as ragù and other vegetables, cheese, and seasonings and spices such as garlic, oregano and basil

Ingredients :
For sheets :-
1 1/2 cup maida
1tbsp wheat flour
2 tbsp suji
2 tbsp oil
.
For stuffing :-
1 big onion
5-6 cloves garlic
1/4 cup french beans
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 tsp red chilly flakes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
.
White sauce :-
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp maida
1 cup milk
.
Head butter in a pan then add maida and mix it for a little bit , then slowly add milk in that and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
After 2 min white sauce is ready.
1 cup cheese for layering and garnishing ( you can add more if you like ).
