FOR DOUGH –
1 cup (lukewarm water)
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 cups maida
Pinch of herbs (chilli flakes & oregano )

Olives (black and green )
Bell pepper (yellow ,red ,green )
Thyme ,Rosemary
Onions strips
Mushroom (chopped thin )
Brokley (chopped thin )
Oregano
Cherry tomatoes

FOR TOPPING ( potato cheesy bread )
Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
Garlic (chopped finely )
Potato’s (slipped thin ) in salt for 15 mins ,then squeeze it out ,add oregano amd olive oil .

Method :-
Mix yeast ,sugar and lukewarm water and kept aside for half an hour .after that add maida ,herbs ,oregano ,chilly flakes to the yeast froth and with the help of spatula mix it up ..put the dough on flat surface and with your hands keep scribbling it up for 5 minutes ..make it lastic and oily ..now keep this mixture aside for atleast 2 hours or until the dough doubles in size . After dough gets doubled with your hands put this mixture into a baking tray greased with oil and bread crumbs . Transfer the dough and press with hands n spread it evenly all sides ,after that again keep it aside for half an hour . After that again punch the dough with oily fingers and punch till down deep below , now spread some oil and add the toppings which ever bread you want to make ,
For potatoes follow toppings of potato cheesy focaccia ,for herbs bread follow toppings of herbs focaccia ..
Bake it around 35 minutes at 200’C – 250’C temperature by covering it with foil paper …so as prevent it from burning …after half an hour light golden colour specify your bread is ready to be served .

1. Serve with soup
2. Serve with mustard sauce
3. Serve in breakfast with butter and toast it in a toaster .
