🍅 Ingredients for the marinara sauce:
Virgin olive oil
Garlic
Good quality tinned tomatoes
Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Italian herb seasoning (dried basil, rosemary, oregano)
For the pasta:
Cannelloni pasta
Olive oil
2 garlic cloves
250g chopped mushrooms
Salt and pepper
250g Baby Spinach
250g Ricotta Cheese
