This is my first cooking video. I;’m not a cooking video creator.It was a vlog worth posting because this is one of my favorite dishes certainly my favorite non Asian food (next to German Chocolate cake with coconut pecan icing!)

The approximate directions:

oil/liquid ratio ahould be 1/2 oil, half liquid.

If you have 1 can of clams and add 2 cans of water to that,that is how much oil you need.

Corning ware needs a lower temperature.

Italians like linguine for clams but my family we thibnk little shells make more sense.

Find lots of BASIL for this!

Also have oregano!!!

marjoram

cilantro

SAGE!!!!!

thyme

parsley flakes or fresh.Be generous if you have it

general “Italian Seasoning)

rosemary. crumble it up the needles with your finger if you donlt grind it.

NO cheese goes in this!!!!!

NO tomato goes in this.

6 or 7 cloves of garlic.

1 whole onion chopped between course to small.

i can clams

1 16 oz box small shells REAL pasta not the tasteless whole wheat crap.

Use almost any oil but do NOT use only coconut oil,it is too rich and you might feel sick to your tummy.
