Ingredients
500 g pork chop sliced thinly
1 white onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 pouch DOLE Tomato Sauce, 250g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika to taste
2 tsp brown sugar
Procedure
1. In a large saucepan, add a little olive oil. Place half of the onions and let caramelize. Add in the garlic and cook till slightly golden.
2. Add the pork chop on top. Seasons with salt and pepper. Add paprika.
3. Add another layer of onions on top of the pork. Pour in DOLE Tomato Sauce. Add in the bay leaf.
4. Sprinkle sugar on top. Cover and let cook until the pork is cooked through. May be served over rice or mashed potatoes.
