In todays video its about how to cook Rice with Chicken & Paprika plus the amaranth.Maybe some of you havent tried it yet.But im rest assured you will love it.Why dnt you surprised your family & even friends with this recipe?. INGREDIENTS;
1.Chicken Legs with skin
2. 3 Tbsp Olive Oil or any other oil will do
3.1 Cup Basmati Rice( Washed and soaked)
4. 2tbs Paprika
5. 1tsp Black Pepper (Grounded)
6. 2tsp Salt
7.1/2 Cup cooking Cream
8.1 Bunch fresh Amaranth Leaves or spinach if whats available
9.Garam Masala
10.1/2 Tsp Turmeric
11. 3 Gloves Garlic minced
12. 1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth (Chicken cubes mixed in water will do)
13. Red Bell Pepper

PROCEDURE;

1. Heat and oil the pan. Fry Chicken in high heat until brown.Fry & Set aside.
2. At the same pan fry the garlic and followed with the capsicum.
3.Add the rice mix slowly to combine the ingredients and not to smash the rice.
4.Add the chicken broth and the cream.Then lower the heat and cooked for 20 minutes.
5.Check if the rice is cooked if not leave it for about 5 minutes then add the amaranth leaves
Give a quick mix and cooked for 2 minutes. Then your Chicken and Paprika Rice is ready to
to serve.Enjoy.
