For sauce:
Milk 300 to 500 ml
Butter 6 tbsp
All purpose flour 6 tbsp
Cheese 1/2 cup
Salt 1tsp
Onion 1/2 sliced
Italian seasoning 1tbsp
Vegetables
Onion , carrot & capsicum 1cup
Oil 1 tsp
Chopped ginger 1tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilly 1
