Here is my Sicilian Nonnas Lasagne recipe, packed with flavour.

Ingredients:
For the Bolognese:
Minced Beef (1 pack for 1-3 people, 2 packs for 4-5 people)
Onions (1 for 1-3 people, 1 1/2 4-5 people)
Garlic (1-2 based on preference)
Carrots (2 large carrots)
Celery (2-3)
Passata (1 jar for 2-3 people, 2 jars for 4-5)
Salt, pepper, sugar

For the Bechamel:
1 whole milk
Flour (any flour plain/self raising/bread)
Nutmeg (You must use this for it’s unique taste)

Lasagne filling:
Mozarella cheese (do NOT use cheddar cheese)
Boiled egg 3-6 (Optional)
Salami (Optional)
