INGREDIENTS
For the Pita Bread:
2 cups (250 g) All-Purpose Flour
2 tbsps Light Brown Sugar
½ tsp Fine Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
¾ cup + 1 tbsp Water
For the Sardines Dip:
1 small can (155 g) Sardines in Tomato Sauce
1 small tub (125 g) Greek Yoghurt
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recommended Spices: Garlic, Cumin and Mint
