I have presented one of my favorite Italian recipes, ‘Vegetable Lasagna’. My recipe is loaded with fresh vegetables and cheese. Although, you can use other (or more) vegetables and cheese I am using the best combination of vegetables (carrot, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and Garlic) and cheeses (cottage, parmesan, and mozzarella). Don’t forget to add basil leaves to give the lasagne perfect aroma and taste. I have also given an important tip to make get the best results 08:54.

Ingredients to boil lasagna sheets

Lasagna sheets: 10
Salt to boil lasagna sheets: 1/2 tbsp
Water: about 2 liter
Olive oil: 1/2 tbsp
For vegetable filling

Carrot:1
Zucchini:2
Onion: 1 big
Mushrooms🍄: 5-6
Garlic: 2 cloves
Bell peppers (green, yellow, red): 1/2 each
Spinach: 150gm
Basil:8-10 leaves
Oregano:1/2 tbsp
Italian seasoning: 1 tsp
Tomato purée: 300gm
Tomato and paprika purée: 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
For cheese mixture:

Cottage cheese: 400gm
Parmesan: up to 100 gm
Rock salt 🧂: a pinch
Black pepper: a pinch
Milk: 2-3 tbsp
