Recipe in grams:
– 150 gr All Purpose Flour ( You may need a little more depending how big your eggs are)
– 2 Eggs
– 50 gr Soft Butter
– 30 gr Sugar
– 15 gr Fresh Yeast ( 5 gr Dry Yeast)
– Zest of half an Orange
– Pinch of Salt
– Nutmeg
– Nutella
– Sugar to coat the donuts
– Oil for frying( temperature 350 degrees fahrenheit)
Serve warm!

– 3 1/2 tbsp Soft Butter
– 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar
– 2 tsp Dry Yeast
– Zest of half an Orange
– Pinch of Salt
– Nutmeg
– Nutella
– Sugar to coat the donuts
– Oil for frying( temperature 350 degrees fahrenheit)
