I would love to share with you the easiest way to make tomato sauce from fresh tomatoes. To me, nothing beats the taste of homemade tomato sauce, especially on an abundant portion of pasta.
Listed below are the ingredients to make around 1 liter of sauce (this may differ based on the tomatoes you use):
2 kg tomatoes (4.4 pounds)
1 onion
1 tsp + ¾ tsp of salt (adjust based on your preference)
¾ tsp of sugar
