A staple of Italian cuisine is a fabulous red sauce. And, as you know, we stan Frank Prisinzano in Haute Girl Kitchen. So it only makes sense for us to remix one of his best recipes: his sticky garlic red sauce! As a bonus, this sauce is meatless so your vegetarian friends can eat it, as well! Since this is simply a method to follow, you are able to add meat if you’d like! Personally, I love meatballs with red sauce, but sausage is another viable option. Making your own sauce at home may seem like a dumb idea when there are so many delicious canned sauces at the grocery store. NECESSARY INGREDIENTS:
o 10-13 GARLIC CLOVES

o WHOLE PEELED TOMATOES (1 CAN)
o TOMATO SAUCE (2 LARGE CANS)
o FRESH BASIL
o FRESH PARSLEY

o DRIED OREGANO

o GARLIC SALT
