Who doesn’t love Shrimp Scampi!?!? Okay, maybe I really don’t know what that means but I know this dish of little shrimp in a lemon butter garlic white wine sauce is amazing! The most beautiful thing is how easy it is! This is easily the quickest seafood dish i make (if you don’t have to peel the shrimp yourself)! Anyways works best with fresh seafood to really optimize that Mediterranean diet. However will also work great with frozen shrimp out of the bag.
This amazing tasty Italian inspired dish does not have many ingredients! Only Shrimp, garlic, linguine, butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and parsley.
