-900 gr of chicken.
-220 gr of carrots.
-120 gr of celery.
-1 onion.
-2 gloves of garlic.
-2 tablespoon of olive oil.
-1 tablespoon of vegetable nut (or a teaspoon of salt as option).
-Rosemary, Bay leaves, black pepper.

This is a very old recipe.
Long time ago in Italy people were used to cook food on the same stowe they used to heat the house.
The low temperature and the long cooking time developed a typical set of recipes which are very healthy and tasty.
Try this chicken with a good red wine and some good friends!!
