We found this recipe on an island called Ortigia while traveling with my father and brother in Italy. It was so delicious we called the chef and asked the recipe in our short Italian. I hope you liked as we did.
Italian Recipe
1 Lb. Baby Octopus
1 lemon or lime
1/2 TBSP of italian red pepper (Peperoncino)
1/4 Cup minced parsely
1/4 Cup white wine (the best you can use)
1 TBSP of salt
1 TBSP of pepper
2 TBSP of olive oil

Make sure you reserve some juice to add while cooking.
Grill the octopii 4 minutes each side in high heat.
Keep your eyes on the grill just in case.
