This is one of those pasta recipes that will make your eyes roll in when you taste it. I mean there’s pancetta (italian cured bacon) in it so it’s enough said. Sometimes I like to sneak in some garlic but today I’m keeping it strict and traditional
By original I mean: pancetta, onions, white wine and great San Marzano tomatoes. A drip of olive oil to get things started and season with salt and black pepper. Don’t miss out on this. For real.
