Hi! Thank You for tuning in to my NEW channel Stellar Cooking! My name is Stella! Today we are making a favorite here at home – KETO PIZZA ! This pizza is low carb, about 5 carbs a slice, and is easy to make. I will list a full recipe down below and you can watch my video to see how its put together! KETO PIZZA RECIPE:
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbs cream cheese – room temperature
1 cup Almond Flour
1 egg – room temperature
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees
2. Add mozzarella cheese & cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 45 seconds.
3. Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder) in a separate bowl.
4. Add 1 egg to the mozzarella & cream cheese, and mix until evenly distributed, then add dry ingredients.
5. Prepare pizza tray or cookie sheet with 2 pieces of parchment paper.
6. Roll dough into a ball and place onto a piece of parchment paper and add the second piece on top and roll into desired shape (depending on tray).
7. Make sure dough is at least a 1/4 inch thick.
8. Remove top parchment paper and add into oven for 5-8 minutes.
9. Remove from oven and add your choice of toppings. (If trying to stay Keto, please choose marinara sauce low in carbs.)
10. When ready, stick back in the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes.
11. Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes before eating and enjoy!
