I was inspired to make this dish by this lovely gentleman; I just love this man. The recipe is slightly modified in amounts of ingredient. I also recommend to cover with foil for the first 20-25 minutes of cooking time.
Box Jumbo Shells 340grams or a little less or 8-12 oz
3 Italian Sausages, casing removed
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 small Onion, diced
2 Sweet Bell Peppers, diced
2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 table spoons of grated Parm Cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for frying
1-2 jar of your favorite Tomato Sauce, I say 1-2 because you may need more sauce for covering the shells. Make sure to coat the bottom of the pan well with sauce so pasta doesn’t stick and allowing pasta to cook rest of the way in sauce.
