This video is all about how to make a homemade italian focaccia- super crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside, topped with tomatoes, fresh rosemary and onions. It’s perfect for both beginners and seasoned bread bakers!

The dough is just the same as for the ciabatta I made in my previous video; really easy to make with only 4 ingredients and as little yeast as possible.

The secret of this italian original is the little amount of yeast, the stretching part and the long resting time. It’s absolutely worth it to wait- and a lot healthier than just using more yeast!
