How to make Italian Pasta e Fagioli
(Serves 2)
Ingredients
400 g fagioli borlotti italiani
30 g guanciale
160 g maccheroni
2 garlic cloves
chili
oil evo
salt
Preparation
1 Pan fry the guanciale then set aside
2. Add beans and let cook for 20 minutes
3. add water and pasta
4. pasta cook in 9 minutes al dente
