Puff Pastry Pizza:

Ingredients:
Puff pastry sheet 1
Boneless chicken 250 gm
Oil 3 tbsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 100 gm
Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Capsicum ΒΌ cup
Tomato ΒΌ cup
Onion ΒΌ cup
Black olives 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 200 gm

Method:
Spread the puff pastry evenly and bake it in an oven. Then in the chicken add oil and tikka masala, cook well. Now in the mayonnaise add chili garlic sauce, mix well and make a paste. Then spread the paste evenly on the baked puff pastry and add the chicken filling. Lastly bake it in an oven on 190 c for about 10 minutes.

Honey Cake:

Ingredients:
Eggs 5
Sugar 200 gm
Oil 100 gm
Honey 40 gm
Flour 140 gm
Baking powder 8 gm
Vanilla essence 1 tsp

For Frosting:
Whipped cream 200 gm
Sweet yogurt 100 gm
Honey 50 gm
Cake crumbs as required

Method:
Beat eggs and sugar together. Then add oil and honey, beat well. Now add vanilla essence and flour. Fold properly. Then bake it in an oven on 160 c for about 25 minutes.
For Frosting in the whipped cream add yogurt and honey, mix well. Then frost the cake with it. Lastly coat with cake crumbs and serve.

Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookies:

Ingredients:
Butter 120 gm
Peanut butter 100 gm
Brown sugar 60 gm
Caster sugar 65 gm
Flour 160 gm
Baking soda Β½ tsp
Baking powder Β½ tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chocolate chips 50 gm

Method:
Beat butter and caster sugar well until it becomes creamy. Now add all the dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix well. Lastly bake it in an oven on 170 c for about 15 minutes.
