I am Luca, Italian chef currently living in a small city situated on the north east of Slovak republic, called Martin.
I have more than 20 years experience in the gastronomy field in 3 different countries (Italy, England & Slovak republic) and I can put all my knowledge to your satisfaction. Well, I feel to be dynamic person, thoughtful, creative and driven by my job..when we’re talking about food, I like to leave no stone un-turned! Thanks to my long experience in which I’ve collaborated with many prestigious Chefs, I am able to manage private event of every kind such as: Degustation of food paired with wine, work meeting events, birthdays, private cooking class lessons or simply create a romantic dinner for two in one special night for you or your loved ones.
My experience and vision of the food give me the possibility to achieve nice results even with few ingredients.
As a good Italian I know very well how to make bread, pasta and all kind of sauces that us, Italians all love so much.. the desserts, too! As I’ve been recently living in Slovak republic that allows me to have very nice knowledge of Slovak cuisine as well.
