This was the MOST asked for video for the last few weeks! So here it is finally!
You need minimum ingredients, and although it should be made with “00” flour or “bread flour”, or “pizza flour”, I know most of you won’t have that during quarantine, so I made it with Maida!

You can do this with any type of yeast, if you are using instant yeast, remember to add it directly to your dry ingredients.
Don’t add yeast and salt together!
If you don’t have yeast, comment and tell me, so that I can make a non yeast version of this(which won’t be very authentic but still doable)

Steps-
1. Add 1 tsp yeast to 2/3rd cup of lukewarm water, and add 1 tsp sugar to it! Mix well, keep covered for 10 minutes, so that yeast can activate!
2. In a mixing bowl, take 2 cups of Maida, or bread flour, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of olive oil and the yeast mixture.
3. Kneed into a dough, for 10 minutes, and divide in 3 equal parts (150 Gms)
Shape them into balls, and keep covered (dusted with rava/semolina) for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
4. Shape them into desired sized circles and thickness.
5. Add all your toppings. I have added pizza sauce(recipe on my feed), olive oil, pepperoni, basil, oregano, chilli Flakes!
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 C for 10 minutes!
