ITALIAN BREAD ROLLS
Prepared by my Lovely Amma

Ingredients:
Two Potato
One Red Onion
Ginger-Garlic Paste
Salt
Pepper
One Loaf Bread
Corn Flour
Cheese

Preparation:
Finely Chop the Onion
Peel and Mash the Potatoes
Add chopped onion to mashed potato
Add ginger-garlic paste to the potato-onion mix
Add pepper
Add salt
Mix well
Add corn flour
Mix well
Cut edges of bread and flatten using rolling pin
Place small amount of filling in the center of the bread
Fold both edges onto the filling
Use water to stick the edges onto each other
Use water and close the sides as well
Heat oil of choice in frying pan
Fry the rolls one by one until golden brown
Plate and Eat while still hot.
