INGREDIENTS • 500g / 3.3 cups semolina • 200ml / 7oz water • 1 tbsp salt
• 10g yeast • 100g / 3.5oz water • 100g / 2/3 cup flour
 
METHOD

Mix water, yeast, flour. Let rise.
Pour semolina with water. Mix. Add salt and dough. Knead the dough.
Let rise. Fold the dough 3 times. Let rise for 3 hours. Form bread from the dough and make cuts. Put a bowl of water in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
