Easy and Time saving Recipes..
Serves 4
White sauce Pasta
Ingredients
Penne pasta or any choice pasta 800 gm
Milk 1/2 ltr
Maida 1 and half tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp
Refined oil or olive oil
( Veggies of your choice )
Carrot 1no
Capsicum 1no
Onion 1no
Garlic cloves 6-7 nos
Mushrooms
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Chillie flakes 2tsp – 4 tsp
Oregano a pinch
Water
Method
Boil pasta by adding enough water, 2tsp oil and some salt. It will take approximately 7-10min. Once cooked, rinse with cold water and strain them…
Now heat a kadai and add some oil ( preferably olive oil ) . Add onions and garlic and saute till translucent. Add salt to taste. Now add the veggies and cook well. Once they are half done add chilli flakes, pepper powder, pinch of oregano and mix well.
White sauce
Heat a kadai and add 3tbsp butter. Once it melts keep in low flame and add 1 and half tbsp maida and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Now add milk and stir continuously.
Once milk starts to boil add salt, chilli flakes, pepper powder. Once the sauce starts to thickens, add the sauce to the veggies and stir well. Now add the cooked pasta and combine well.
Saute for 5min and off the flame. Serve hot pasta with some bread 😋
