🧑🍳 Today we decided to make you listen to the sound of a nice plate of spaghetti with cherry tomato sauce. A simple, tasty and noisy dish as we like 🙂
PASTA: Spaghetti “Voiello N° 104” 320 grams.
TOMATOES: 2 jars of cherry tomatoes 400 grams.
Garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, basil and grated Grana Padano cheese.
We marinated the peeled tomatoes with oil two cloves of garlic, basil and salt in a bowl for one hour.
The preparation is very simple, pour the spaghetti in salted water and brought to a boil, cook them for about ten minutes, we like them al dente. In the meantime we prepare the sauce, a drizzle of oil in the pan to brown two cloves of garlic. When the garlic in the pan is golden, we take the previously prepared tomato and pour it into the pan making it cook for the spaghetti. Add salt to the sauce taking care to taste.
When the spaghetti are cooked, drain them and pour them into the pan with the tomato, you can also mix them with grated cheese.
We accompanied this dish of spaghetti with a slice of homemade rustic bread, stuffed with cold cuts, cheese and eggs.
To drink, a nice Sprite with ice.
