Focaccia a very popular flat oven-baked Italian bread that has a moist and airy crumb squeezed between thin but super-crunchy top and bottom crusts.
This bread is quite similar in style and appearance to pizza dough. Focaccia can be used as a side to many meals to make great sandwiches. Focaccia al rosmarino is a common focaccia style in Italian cuisine that may be served as an antipasto, appetizer, table bread, or snack.

I’m going to share the recipe for my favorite Focaccia Bread. It is a fairly simple recipe and will take about 2 hours to bake. Bon Apetit
