Italian easter bread recipe:
2 eggs
1/2 teacup cane sugar
– whisk together
150 ml warm milk with 35gr melted butter
1 tsp lemon zest and 7gr yeast
– mix well
2 teacups flour
70gr raisins
– allow dough to rise for 1 hour
* after we knead and shape;
– bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes
– let cool completely
