Donuts are a favourite of kids and adults alike but might seem like a difficult to make. What if I could tell you they are probably the easiest thing you can make. This recipe of homemade classic Italian donuts uses the dough that whips up in 2 mins with no kneading required, which means that you will be having donuts in no time. Most of the part is done while the dough it resting so make sure you let it rest at least overnight. And I have not even told you the best part yet. These donuts can be both fried and baked and both turn out equally soft and yummy.
TIPS FOR THE FLUFFIEST DONUTS:
💡Once the dough doubles in size give it a knead again (about 30secs) and then let it rise and double in size again and then put in the fridge overnight. When you wana bake or fry take them out of the fridge and let it rest on countertop for atleast an hour.
💡DO NOT KNEAD THE DOUGH BEFORE ROLLING. It becomes stretchy and then the round shape does not hold(as i also explain in the video with re-rolling the dough) Just take it out of the container and flatten it with you hands and then roll.
