Water — 290g
Salt — 7g
Yeast — 3g
Olive oil — 38g

1. Put water in the bowl
2. Put the instant yeast
3. Mix evenly the instant yeast
4. Put the salt. Dissolve in water.
5. Add olive oil and mix well
6. Sift the flour and add in the bowl
7. Mix evenly until no flour is visible
8. 30 minutes of rest
9. Fold the dough four times
10. 30 minutes of rest
11. Fold the dough four times
12. 60 minutes of rest (room temperature fermentation)
13. After sprinkling flour on the table, put the dough
14. Divide the dough
15. Put the dough on a baking sheet
16. Preheat the oven. Temperature: 220℃
